Evidence-based practices are the foundation for each instructional design. We’ll begin with Bloom’s Taxonomy to craft a strong learning target, use the ADDIE or SAM instructional models along with proven learning theory, including Gagne’s Nine Events of Learning, to ensure that users are thoughtfully guided through the learning process.

Bespoke

From start to finish, the learning target, plan, and designs will be custom developed especially for you. Your learning solution will reflect your unique brand identity and company needs. Your final result will be SCORM compliant and primarily created with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite products.
